				لَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَفْسَكَ أَلا يَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
	2933 1465 1599 710 726 26:3			You may blame yourself because they are not believers.
				إِنْ نَشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ آيَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَقُهُمْ لَهَا خَضِعِينَ
	2934 1466 1600 711 26:4			If We will, We could send down from the sky a sign that makes them bow their necks humbly.
				وَمَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ ذِكْرٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلا كَانُوا عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ
	2935 1467 1601 712 727 26:5			And there was not a single reminder from The All Gracious fully narrated, that they did not object.
				فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنْبَاءُ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
	2936 1468 1602 713 26:6			Then indeed they disbelieved, therefore, they will soon receive the results of their mockery.
				أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الأرْضِ كَمْ أَنْبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ
	2937 1469 1603 714 728 26:7			Do they not see all kinds of beautiful plants that We grow out of the land?
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	2938 1470 1604 715 26:8			Indeed, in this there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
	2939 1471 1605 716 26:9			And indeed, your Lord is The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				وَإِذْ نَادَى رَبُّكَ مُوسَى أَنِ ائْتِ الْقَوْمَ الظَّلِمِينَ
	2940 1472 1606 717 26:10			And when your Lord called upon Moses to go to the people who are committing injustice,-
				قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَلا يَتَّقُونَ
	2941 1473 1607 718 729 26:11			-the people of Pharaoh, that they may become god-fearing;-
				قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ يُكَذِّبُونِ
	2942 1474 1608 719 26:12			he said, Lord. I indeed fear that they may reject me.
				وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِي وَلا يَنْطَلِقُ لِسَانِي فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَى هَرُونَ
	2943 1475 1609 720 730 26:13			And I may get angry and I may become tongue-tied, therefore, send for Aaron.
				وَلَهُمْ عَلَيَّ ذَنْبٌ فَأَخَافُ أَنْ يَقْتُلُونِ
	2944 1476 1610 721 26:14			And they have a charge against me; I therefore fear that they may kill me.
				قَالَ كَلا فَاذْهَبَا بِآيَتِنَا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ مُسْتَمِعُونَ
	2945 1477 1611 722 26:15			He said; no it will not be so, therefore, the two of you go with Our signs; indeed We will be with you listening.
				فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولا إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	2946 1478 1612 723 26:16			Thereafter, the two of them went to Pharaoh, and said, we are indeed messengers of the Lord of the multiverse.
				أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ
	2947 1479 1613 724 731  26:17			You shall let the children of Israel go with us.
				قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
	2948 1480 1614 725 26:18			He said, did we not raise you among us as a son and did you not live many years of your life amongst us?
				وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ الَّتِي فَعَلْتَ وَأَنْتَ مِنَ الْكَفِرِينَ
	2949 1481 1615 726 732  26:19			And you did whatever you wanted to do and you are unappreciative.
				قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَا إِذًا وَأَنَا مِنَ الضَّالِّينَ
	2950 1482 1616 727 26:20			He said; I did it because I was astray.
				فَفَرَرْتُ مِنْكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكْمًا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	2951 1483 1617 728 26:21			Then I ran away from you because I feared you, my Lord then granted me wisdom and made me one of the messengers.
				وَتِلْكَ نِعْمَةٌ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَيَّ أَنْ عَبَّدْتَ بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ
	2952 1484 1618 729 26:22			And this is a blessing that He has bestowed upon me, while you enslaved the Children of Israel.
				قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	2953 1485 1619 730 733 26:23			Pharaoh said, and what is the Lord of the multiverse?
				قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَوَتِ وَالأرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُوقِنِينَ
	2954 1486 1620 731 26:24			He said, the Lord of the skies and the land and what is in between them, if you are certain.
				قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُ أَلا تَسْتَمِعُونَ
	2955 1487 1621 732 26:25			He said, to those around him, are you listening to this?
				قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ آبَائِكُمُ الأوَّلِينَ
	2956 1488 1622 733 26:26			He said; your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers.
				قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ الَّذِي أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ لَمَجْنُونٌ
	2957 1489 1623 734 26:27			He said, indeed your messenger who has been dispatched to you is crazy.
				قَالَ رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
	2958 1490 1624 735 26:28			He said, the Lord of the east and the west and what is in between them if you possess intelligence.
				قَالَ لَئِنِ اتَّخَذْتَ إِلَهًا غَيْرِي لأجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ الْمَسْجُونِينَ
	2959 1491 1625 736 734 26:29			He said, if you take any god but me, I will surely imprison you.
				قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَيْءٍ مُبِينٍ
	2960 1492 1626 737 26:30			He said; what if I show you a proof?
				قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِ إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّدِقِينَ
	2961 1493 1627 738 735 26:31			He said; bring it then if you are truthful.
				فَأَلْقَى عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُبِينٌ
	2962 1494 1628 739 26:32			He therefore threw his staff and it became a real serpent.
				وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ بَيْضَاءُ لِلنَّظِرِينَ
	2963 1495 1629 740 26:33			He took out his hand and it was white to the onlookers.
				قَالَ لِلْمَلإ حَوْلَهُ إِنَّ هَذَا لَسَحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
	2964 1496 1630 741 26:34			He said to his audience, indeed he is a knowledgeable magician.
				يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُخْرِجَكُمْ مِنْ أَرْضِكُمْ بِسِحْرِهِ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ
	2965 1497 1631 742 26:35			He wants to evict you from your homeland with his magic, what do you then suggest?
				قَالُوا أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَابْعَثْ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَشِرِينَ
	2966 1498 1632 743 26:36			They said, let us keep him and his brother here and send out to cities to gather -
				يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍ
	2967 1499 1633 744 736 26:37			-and bring you every knowledgeable magician.
				فَجُمِعَ السَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَاتِ يَوْمٍ مَعْلُومٍ
	2968 1500 1634 745 26:38			The magicians congregated on an agreed day.
				وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُجْتَمِعُونَ
	2969 1501 1635 746 26:39			And the people were told, would you also come?
				لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ السَّحَرَةَ إِنْ كَانُوا هُمُ الْغَلِبِينَ
	2970 1502 1636 747 26:40			We will indeed follow the magicians if they happen to be the winners.
				فَلَمَّا جَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لأجْرًا إِنْ كُنَّا نَحْنُ الْغَلِبِينَ
	2971 1503 1637 748 737 26:41			Then the magicians came, they said to Pharaoh would we be rewarded if we win?
				قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَمِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
	2972 1504 1638 749 26:42			He said; of course and you will indeed join the elite.
				قَالَ لَهُمْ مُوسَى أَلْقُوا مَا أَنْتُمْ مُلْقُونَ
	2973 1505 1639 750 738 26:43			Moses told them throw whatever you have to present.
				فَأَلْقَوْا حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْغَلِبُونَ
	2974 1506 1640 751 26:44			They then threw their ropes and sticks and said by Pharaoh's majesty, we will indeed be winners.
				فَأَلْقَى مُوسَى عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ
	2975 1507 1641 752 26:45			Then Moses threw his staff whereby it swallowed what they fabricated.
				فَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سَجِدِينَ
	2976 1508 1642 753 26:46			The magicians fell prostrate.
				قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	2977 1509 1643 754 739 26:47			They said we believe in the Lord of the multiverse -
				رَبِّ مُوسَى وَهَرُونَ
	2978 1510 1644 755 26:48			- Lord of Moses and Aaron.
				قَالَ آمَنْتُمْ لَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ إِنَّهُ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ السِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ لأقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ مِنْ خِلافٍ وَلأصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
	2979 1511 1645 756 26:49			He said; did you believe before I granted you permission? Indeed your great one shall be the one who taught you magic, therefore, you will soon find out. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on the alternate sides and crucify you all.
				قَالُوا لا ضَيْرَ إِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا مُنْقَلِبُونَ
	2980 1512 1646 757 26:50			They said; we have no fear, we will indeed return to our Lord.
				إِنَّا نَطْمَعُ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَايَانَا أَنْ كُنَّا أَوَّلَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	2981 1513 1647 758 26:51			We surely hope that He forgives our wrongs now that we are the first to believe.
				وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِي إِنَّكُمْ مُتَّبَعُونَ
	2982 1514 1648 759 26:52			And We inspired Moses, leave during the night with my servants, you will indeed be pursued.
				فَأَرْسَلَ فِرْعَوْنُ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَشِرِينَ
	2983 1515 1649 760 740 26:53			Then Pharaoh sent emissaries to the cities.
				إِنَّ هَؤُلاءِ لَشِرْذِمَةٌ قَلِيلُونَ
	2984 1516 1650 761 26:54			Indeed these are only very few.
				وَإِنَّهُمْ لَنَا لَغَائِظُونَ
	2985 1517 1651 762 26:55			They have really made us enraged.
				وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَذِرُونَ
	2986 1518 1652 763 26:56			We will indeed prepare for this.
				فَأَخْرَجْنَهُمْ مِنْ جَنَّتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
	2987 1519 1653 764 26:57			We therefore, evicted them from paradises with flowing springs -
				وَكُنُوزٍ وَمَقَامٍ كَرِيمٍ
	2988 1520 1654 765 26:58			-and treasures and an honorable position.
				كَذَلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَهَا بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ
	2989 1521 1655 766 741 26:59			We thus made the Children of Israel the inheritors.
				فَأَتْبَعُوهُمْ مُشْرِقِينَ
	2990 1522 1656 767 26:60			They therefore chased them towards the east.
				فَلَمَّا تَرَاءَى الْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَبُ مُوسَى إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ
	2991 1523 1657 768 742 26:61			Then once the people of Moses saw the two groups, they said; we will indeed be captured.
				قَالَ كَلا إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهْدِينِ
	2992 1524 1658 769 26:62			He said; not so, indeed my Lord is with me and He will guide me.
				فَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنِ اضْرِبْ بِعَصَاكَ الْبَحْرَ فَانْفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرْقٍ كَالطَّوْدِ الْعَظِيمِ
	2993 1525 1659 770 26:63			We then inspired Moses, hit the sea with your staff, it will part and each side will be like a great mountain.
				وَأَزْلَفْنَا ثَمَّ الآخَرِينَ
	2994 1526 1660 771 26:64			And We let them pass.
				وَأَنْجَيْنَا مُوسَى وَمَنْ مَعَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ
	2995 1527 1661 772 26:65			And saved Moses and all those who were with him.
				ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا الآخَرِينَ
	2996 1528 1662 773 26:66			We then drowned the others.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	2997 1529 1663 774 743 26:67			Indeed in this there is a sign and most of them were not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
	2998 1530 1664 775 26:68			And indeed, your Lord is The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ إِبْرَهِيمَ
	2999 1531 1665 776 26:69			And recite to them the history of Abraham.
				إِذْ قَالَ لأبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ
	3000 1532 1666 777 26:70			As he said to his father and his people, what are you worshiping?
				قَالُوا نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَكِفِينَ
	3001 1533 1667 778 744 26:71			They said; we worship statues and we are totally devoted to them.
				قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ
	3002 1534 1668 779 26:72			He said; do they hear you when you call them?
				أَوْ يَنْفَعُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَضُرُّونَ
	3003 1535 1669 780 745 26:73			Or do they benefit or harm you?
				قَالُوا بَلْ وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا كَذَلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ
	3004 1536 1670 781 26:74			They said; we found our parents doing this.
				قَالَ أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
	3005 1537 1671 782 26:75			He said; do you realize what you are worshiping -
				أَنْتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُمُ الأقْدَمُونَ
	3006 1538 1672 783 26:76			-you and your fathers before you?
				فَإِنَّهُمْ عَدُوٌّ لِي إِلا رَبَّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	3007 1539 1673 784 26:77			These are indeed my enemies; but not so the Lord of the multiverse.
				الَّذِي خَلَقَنِي فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ
	3008 1540 1674 785 26:78			He is the One who created me, and then He guides me.
				وَالَّذِي هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِي وَيَسْقِينِ
	3009 1541 1675 786 746 26:79			And He is the One who feeds me and waters me.
				وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
	3010 1542 1676 787 26:80			And when I get sick, He heals me.
				وَالَّذِي يُمِيتُنِي ثُمَّ يُحْيِينِ
	3011 1543 1677 788 26:81			And He is the One who puts me to death then resurrects me.
				وَالَّذِي أَطْمَعُ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ لِي خَطِيئَتِي يَوْمَ الدِّينِ
	3012 1544 1678 789 26:82			And He is the One who hopefully forgives my errors on the Day of Faith.
				رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّلِحِينَ
	3013 1545 1679 790 747 26:83			Lord, grant me wisdom and let me join the righteous.
				وَاجْعَلْ لِي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الآخِرِينَ
	3014 1546 1680 791 26:84			And make my tongue utter the truth when dealing with others.
				وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنْ وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ
	3015 1547 1681 792 26:85			And make me the inheritor of the blessed Paradise.
				وَاغْفِرْ لأبِي إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الضَّالِّينَ
	3016 1548 1682 793 26:86			And forgive my father; indeed he is one of the astrayers.
				وَلا تُخْزِنِي يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ
	3017 1549 1683 794 26:87			And do not humiliate me on the Day of Resurrection.
				يَوْمَ لا يَنْفَعُ مَالٌ وَلا بَنُونَ
	3018 1550 1684 795 26:88			The day that neither money nor sons will benefit.
				إِلا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ
	3019 1551 1685 796 1185(1796), 532(783) 748 26:89			Only those who come to God with a peaceful heart.
				وَأُزْلِفَتِ الْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
	3020 1552 1686 797 26:90			And Paradise will be brought closer to the god-fearing.
				وَبُرِّزَتِ الْجَحِيمُ لِلْغَاوِينَ
	3021 1553 1687 798 26:91			And the Inferno will be visible to the transgressors.
				وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ
	3022 1554 1688 799 26:92			And they will be told, where are those things you used to worship -
				مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ هَلْ يَنْصُرُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَنْتَصِرُونَ
	3023 1555 1689 800 1186(1797), 533(784)  26:93			-besides God? Are they helping you or do they need help themselves?
				فَكُبْكِبُوا فِيهَا هُمْ وَالْغَاوُونَ
	3024 1556 1690 801 26:94			Then, they will be piled up therein together with the transgressors.
				وَجُنُودُ إِبْلِيسَ أَجْمَعُونَ
	3025 1557 1691 802 26:95			As well as the armies of Iblis, all of them.
				قَالُوا وَهُمْ فِيهَا يَخْتَصِمُونَ
	3026 1558 1692 803 26:96			They said, while fighting therein;
				تَاللَّهِ إِنْ كُنَّا لَفِي ضَللٍ مُبِينٍ
	3027 1559 1693 804 1187(1798), 534(785) 749 26:97			-by God we were in manifest straying -
				إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُمْ بِرَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	3028 1560 1694 805 26:98			-when we equated you to the Lord of the multiverse.
				وَمَا أَضَلَّنَا إِلا الْمُجْرِمُونَ
	3029 1561 1695 806 26:99			We were misled by the guilty.
				فَمَا لَنَا مِنْ شَفِعِينَ
	3030 1562 1696 807 26:100			We therefore have no intercessors.
				وَلا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٍ
	3031 1563 1697 808 750 26:101			And no true close friend.
				فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3032 1564 1698 809 26:102			Only if we could get another chance, we would then become believers.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3033 1565 1699 810 751 26:103			Indeed, in this there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
	3034 1566 1700 811 26:104			And indeed, your Lord is The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3035 1567 1701 812 26:105			The people of Noah rejected the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ نُوحٌ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3036 1568 1702 813 26:106			When their brother Noah said to them, would you not become god-fearing?
				إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
	3037 1569 1703 814 752 26:107			Indeed I am an honest messenger to you.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3038 1570 1704 815 1188(1799), 535(786) 26:108			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	3039 1571 1705 816 753 26:109			I do not ask you for any wage, my wage comes from the Lord of the multiverse.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

				قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَاتَّبَعَكَ الأرْذَلُونَ
	3041 1573 1707 818 26:111			They said, should we believe for your sake, while the worst have followed you?
				قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِي بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
	3042 1574 1708 819 26:112			He said; I have no knowledge of their actions.
				إِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّي لَوْ تَشْعُرُونَ

				وَمَا أَنَا بِطَارِدِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

				إِنْ أَنَا إِلا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
	3045 1577 1711 822 26:115			I am only a manifest warner.
				قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ يَا نُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمَرْجُومِينَ
	3046 1578 1712 823 26:116			They said, O Noah, if you do not refrain we will stone you.
				قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي كَذَّبُونِ
	3047 1579 1713 824 26:117			He said; Lord, indeed my people have rejected me.
				فَافْتَحْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَتْحًا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَنْ مَعِيَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3048 1580 1714 825 26:118			Therefore, take me away from them victoriously and save me and the faithful along with me.
				فَأَنْجَيْنَهُ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ
	3049 1581 1715 826 26:119			We saved him and those with him on the loaded ship.
				ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ الْبَاقِينَ
	3050 1582 1716 827 26:120			We then drowned the rest.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3051 1583 1717 828 26:121			Indeed, in this there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
	3052 1584 1718 829 26:122			And indeed, your Lord is The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3053 1585 1719 830 26:123			Aad rejected the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ هُودٌ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3054 1586 1720 831 26:124			When their brother Eber said to them, would you not become god-fearing?
				إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
	3055 1587 1721 832 26:125			Indeed I am an honest messenger to you.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3056 1588 1722 833 1190(1801), 537(788) 26:126			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				أَتَبْنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ آيَةً تَعْبَثُونَ

				وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَخْلُدُونَ

				وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ
	3060 1592 1726 837 26:130			And when you strike, you strike fiercely.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3061 1593 1727 838 1191(1802), 538(789) 756 26:131			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَاتَّقُوا الَّذِي أَمَدَّكُمْ بِمَا تَعْلَمُونَ
	3062 1594 1728 839 26:132			And fear the One who continues to give you your knowledge.
				أَمَدَّكُمْ بِأَنْعَامٍ وَبَنِينَ
	3063 1595 1729 840 26:133			Who continues to give you livestock and sons -
				وَجَنَّتٍ وَعُيُونٍ
	3064 1596 1730 841 26:134			-and gardens and springs.
				إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
	3065 1597 1731 842 26:135			I fear for you the suffering of a great day.
				قَالُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْنَا أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُنْ مِنَ الْوَعِظِينَ
	3066 1598 1732 843 26:136			They said; it is the same for us if you enlighten us or do not enlighten us.
				إِنْ هَذَا إِلا خُلُقُ الأوَّلِينَ
	3067 1599 1733 844 757 26:137			This is nothing but the same as previous generations.
				وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
	3068 1600 1734 845 26:138			We will never suffer.
				فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَهُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3069 1601 1735 846 758 26:139			They rejected him; consequently We annihilated them. Indeed, in this there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

				كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3071 1603 1737 848 26:141			Thamoud rejected the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَالِحٌ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3072 1604 1738 849 26:142			When their brother Saleh said to them, would you not become god-fearing?
				إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
	3073 1605 1739 850 26:143			Indeed I am an honest messenger to you.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3074 1606 1740 851 1192(1803), 539(790) 26:144			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				وَزُرُوعٍ وَنَخْلٍ طَلْعُهَا هَضِيمٌ
	3078 1610 1744 855 26:148			-and the crops and date palms with beautiful blossoms?
				وَتَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا فَرِهِينَ
	3079 1611 1745 856 759 26:149			And you carve homes in the mountain skillfully.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3080 1612 1746 857 1193(1804), 540(791) 26:150			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَلا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
	3081 1613 1747 858 760 26:151			And do not obey the ways of the transgressors.
				الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الأرْضِ وَلا يُصْلِحُونَ
	3082 1614 1748 859 26:152			Those who corrupt the land and never do any righteous deed.
				قَالُوا إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مِنَ الْمُسَحَّرِينَ
	3083 1615 1749 860 26:153			They said; indeed you are bewitched.
				مَا أَنْتَ إِلا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّدِقِينَ
	3084 1616 1750 861 26:154			You are no more than a human being like us, so bring us a sign if you are truthful.
				قَالَ هَذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَعْلُومٍ
	3085 1617 1751 862 26:155			He said; here is this camel, she drinks on a different day from your known drinking day.
				وَلا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
	3086 1618 1752 863 26:156			And do not touch her with any harm, lest you will incur a suffering on a great day.
				فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا نَدِمِينَ
	3087 1619 1753 864 761 26:157			Later on, they maimed her and ended up sorry the next day.
				فَأَخَذَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

				كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3090 1622 1756 867 26:160			The people of Lot rejected the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3091 1623 1757 868 26:161			When their brother Lot said to them, would you not become god-fearing?
				إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
	3092 1624 1758 869 26:162			Indeed I am an honest messenger to you.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3093 1625 1759 870 1194(1805), 541(792) 762 26:163			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

				أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَلَمِينَ

				وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ
	3096 1628 1762 873 26:166			And abandon what your Lord has created for you as wives? You are truly transgressing people.
				قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ يَا لُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُخْرَجِينَ
	3097 1629 1763 874 763 26:167			They said; O Lot if you do not refrain, we will deport you.
				قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُمْ مِنَ الْقَالِينَ
	3098 1630 1764 875 26:168			He said; indeed I despise your actions.
				رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهْلِي مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
	3099 1631 1765 876 26:169			Lord, save me and my family from their acts.
				فَنَجَّيْنَهُ وَأَهْلَهُ أَجْمَعِينَ
	3100 1632 1766 877 26:170			We therefore, saved him and his family altogether -
				إِلا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَبِرِينَ
	3101 1633 1767 878 26:171			-except the old woman who remained with the doomed.
				ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الآخَرِينَ
	3102 1634 1768 879 26:172			We then turned it upside down.
				وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا فَسَاءَ مَطَرُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ
	3103 1635 1769 880 764 26:173			And showered them with a shower, what a miserable shower for those who had been warned.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3104 1636 1770 881 26:174			Indeed, in this there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
	3105 1637 1771 882 26:175			And indeed, your Lord is The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				كَذَّبَ أَصْحَبُ الأيْكَةِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
	3106 1638 1772 883 26:176			The dwellers of Aika rejected the messengers.
				إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلا تَتَّقُونَ
	3107 1639 1773 884 26:177			When Jethro said to them, would you not become god-fearing?
				إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ
	3108 1640 1774 885 26:178			Indeed I am an honest messenger to you.
				فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
	3109 1641 1775 886 1195(1806), 542(793) 765 26:179			Therefore, you shall fear God and obey me.
				وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلا عَلَى رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				أَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ وَلا تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُخْسِرِينَ

				وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ
	3112 1644 1778 889 26:182			And weigh with an equitable scale.
				وَلا تَبْخَسُوا النَّاسَ أَشْيَاءَهُمْ وَلا تَعْثَوْا فِي الأرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
	3113 1645 1779 890 26:183			Do not cheat people out of their belongings and do not use matter wickedly as corruptors.
				وَاتَّقُوا الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ وَالْجِبِلَّةَ الأوَّلِينَ
	3114 1646 1780 891 26:184			And fear the One who created you as well as the early generations.
				قَالُوا إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مِنَ الْمُسَحَّرِينَ
	3115 1647 1781 892 26:185			They said; you are indeed bewitched.
				وَمَا أَنْتَ إِلا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُنَا وَإِنْ نَظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ الْكَذِبِينَ
	3116 1648 1782 893 26:186			And you are no more than a human being like us, and we think that you are a liar.
				فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصَّدِقِينَ
	3117 1649 1783 894 26:187			Therefore, bring down masses from the sky if you are truthful.
				قَالَ رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
	3118 1650 1784 895 26:188			He said; my Lord knows best what you are doing.
				فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ الظُّلَّةِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
	3119 1651 1785 896 26:189			Therefore, they rejected him, and the suffering of the day of the canopy overwhelmed them. Indeed it was suffering of an awesome day.
				إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ

				وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

				وَإِنَّهُ لَتَنْزِيلُ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ

				نَزَلَ بِهِ الرُّوحُ الأمِينُ
	3123 1655 1789 900 768 26:193			The honest Spirit revealed it -
				عَلَى قَلْبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُنْذِرِينَ
	3124 1656 1790 901 26:194			-into your heart, in order to make you one of the warners.
				بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِيٍّ مُبِينٍ
	3125 1657 1791 902 26:195			In a perfect Arabic tongue.
				وَإِنَّهُ لَفِي زُبُرِ الأوَّلِينَ
	3126 1658 1792 903 26:196			It was indeed in the previous scriptures.
				أَوَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ آيَةً أَنْ يَعْلَمَهُ عُلَمَاءُ بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ
	3127 1659 1793 904 769 26:197			Is it not a sign for them that the scholars of the Children of Israel knew about it?
				وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَهُ عَلَى بَعْضِ الأعْجَمِينَ
	3128 1660 1794 905 26:198			Had We revealed it to non-Arabs -
				فَقَرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا كَانُوا بِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ
	3129 1661 1795 906 770 26:199			-and if We had you recite it to them, they would have not believed.
				كَذَلِكَ سَلَكْنَهُ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ
	3130 1662 1796 907 26:200			We thus fix it in the hearts of the guilty.
				لا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ حَتَّى يَرَوْا الْعَذَابَ الألِيمَ
	3131 1663 1797 908 26:201			They will not believe in it until they come face to face with the painful suffering.
				فَيَأْتِيَهُمْ بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لا يَشْعُرُونَ
	3132 1664 1798 909 26:202			It will come upon them suddenly, and they cannot perceive.
				فَيَقُولُوا هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنْظَرُونَ
	3133 1665 1799 910 26:203			Then they say; can we have a respite?
				أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
	3134 1666 1800 911 26:204			Did you not long for Our punishment?
				أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَتَّعْنَهُمْ سِنِينَ
	3135 1667 1801 912 26:205			Did you not see that We provided for you for years?
				ثُمَّ جَاءَهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ
	3136 1668 1802 913 26:206			Then it came to you what was promised.
				مَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُمْ مَا كَانُوا يُمَتَّعُونَ
	3137 1669 1803 914 26:207			Their provision did not enrich them in the least.
				وَمَا أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ إِلا لَهَا مُنْذِرُونَ
	3138 1670 1804 915 26:208			We never annihilated any community without warning.
				ذِكْرَى وَمَا كُنَّا ظَلِمِينَ
	3139 1671 1805 916 26:209			A reminder and We are never unjust.
				وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتْ بِهِ الشَّيَطِينُ
	3140 1672 1806 917 26:210			The demons never revealed it.
				وَمَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ
	3141 1673 1807 918 771 26:211			It is above them and they can never do it.
				إِنَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّمْعِ لَمَعْزُولُونَ
	3142 1674 1808 919 26:212			They are indeed forbidden from listening to it.
				فَلا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُعَذَّبِينَ
	3143 1675 1809 920 1196(1807), 543(794) 26:213			Therefore, do not call upon another god besides God lest you will suffer.
				وَأَنْذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأقْرَبِينَ
	3144 1676 1810 921 26:214			You shall warn your relatives who are close to you.
				وَاخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
	3145 1677 1811 922 26:215			And you shall lower your wings for your followers who are faithful.
				فَإِنْ عَصَوْكَ فَقُلْ إِنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
	3146 1678 1812 923 26:216			And if they rebel against you, then say, I am not responsible for your actions.
				وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْعَزِيزِ الرَّحِيمِ
	3147 1679 1813 924 26:217			And put your trust in The Almighty, The All Merciful.
				الَّذِي يَرَاكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
	3148 1680 1814 925 26:218			The One who sees you when you rise.
				وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِي السَّجِدِينَ
	3149 1681 1815 926 26:219			And as you lead by example amongst the worshippers.
				إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
	3150 1682 1816 927 26:220			Indeed He is The All Hearer, The All Knower.
				هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَى مَنْ تَنَزَّلُ الشَّيَطِينُ
	3151 1683 1817 928 26:221			Shall I inform you of those whom the demons descend upon?
				تَنَزَّلُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
	3152 1684 1818 929 26:222			They descend upon every fabricator, sinner.
				يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَذِبُونَ
	3153 1685 1819 930 772 26:223			They pretend to listen while most of them are liars.
				وَالشُّعَرَاءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ الْغَاوُونَ
	3154 1686 1820 931 26:224			And the poets are followed by the transgressors.
				أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي كُلِّ وَادٍ يَهِيمُونَ
	3155 1687 1821 932 26:225			Do you not see that they are like weather vanes?
				وَأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لا يَفْعَلُونَ
	3156 1688 1822 933 26:226			And indeed they preach what they do not practice.
				إِلا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّلِحَتِ وَذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَانْتَصَرُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ
	3157 1689 1823 934 1197(1808), 544(795) 773 26:227			Not so are those who attain faith and lead a righteous life and commemorate God frequently and they shall attain victory after having suffered injustice.  And the unjust will soon find out their final destiny.
